BASESwiki Website - Business and Society Exploring Solutions

This website offers a collaborative space for sharing information and learning about dispute resolution between businesses and their stakeholders around the world. BASESwiki is based on wiki-style contributions from a virtual network of individuals, companies and organizations with relevant experience, interest and need. It contains an expanding repository of research and guidance tools as well as case studies. The website has a fully searchable database, discussion boards, an events calendar, and a directory of practitioners in seven dispute resolution sub-fields. Registered BASESwiki users can explore dispute resolution processes collaboratively by co-authoring information, participating in discussions, posting research and events, and networking. It offers information at global, regional, national, and local levels in 7 different languages. The website is a project of the Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative at Harvard Kennedy School, with support from the Compliance Advisor Ombudsman of the World Bank Group, the International Bar Association, JAMS Foundation and the Open Society Institute.
